Diplomatic Update 8/1

I sent RumR these terms. I want to end the war with RumR so we can get to MLP.

Ok so these are the terms we came up with to end the war.

1. 30 day NAP.
2. Creamaid must apologize in the forums and admit that he has going to charm school and passed with at least an 80% rating.
3. Creamaid must donate 50k wood to vella.
4. RumR must not attack players like BGD while harboring the exact same type of player within its alliance -- creamaid.

I offer these terms and sincerely hope you take them. There is nothing here but creamaids ego to be bruised. This would allow peace between us and right now we are looking to start another war or continue this one. Please pick peace.

I would prefer that creamaid be forced to change his name to cry baby for at least a week...

So, they want reparations for the attacks. The amount of damage sustained, credited off of the 100k. Plus Dave losing general for running his mouth on the boards.

Exclude all reparations completely and include a 30 day NAP for Ha Jr.

And leave how we manage our alliance and members out of their negotiations. BGD is to be taken off the table....period.

This should be closed. Its all done and taken care of. RumR is done. Now lets work on MLP. I will wait to negotiate terms until you guys want me to. MLP is very willing to negotiate, I can tell you that.

brbdc, they wanted all the terms scrapped. For the attack by grim and reign on prgmr. Tigereyes wanted to talk to CA, and he sent me. Personally, I have nothing against the reparations. The attack was launched after the NAP date. And the 100k is more than enough to account for it. So it's just credit against.

The NAP against HaHa Jr is a good idea.

They want a public removal of BGD from a position of influence. Which has positives, one of which is it distances us from his inflammatory comments and actions. He has the tendency to run his mouth at people at times, especially when he pillages them, or their alliance mates, and they come after him. Adding an officers weight to what he may or may not say doesn't help our image at all.

But you're right Tim. They shouldn't be seen as having a hand in our internal affairs. And one of the points we are fighting for is sticking by our people.

The one thing I gathered by talking to Tigereyes, is they don't want to start fighting again. I suggest we mobilize closer to their areas, in case talks break down. I can see that happening easily, if we don't give them some punishment against BGD.

This is all news to me. Miss Jazz asked for returning of the resources. I asked what resources were lost and she didn't know. I think we just say its all done at this point. They don't dictate how we operate internally. Thats my 10cents

TE is playing games again. She and LS tend to do that.. Asf or BGD. He is no longer the General of HA HA period end of it.. Thats is all they need to know.. What they do not know is that BGD and I talked prior to the war, He and I agreed that he is a better troble maker than general. Hence his new title should be warmonger... Plus I actually like BGD.

As to MLP we need to have our fun and smack them around.. They DOW on us and then run away.. Go figure...

So, are we agreeing, or what?

I really would like to make sure that RumR as not excuses for attacking us again.. As long as they agree to a PT with HA jr. Tell them they do not dictate our policy and that BGD is off the table period end of story, or we just tell them he is no longer our general.

Just a couple quick points from me.

I agree with the above. Any dictation of our internal structure should come only at the cost of us dictating their internal structure, which I doubt they would go for.

Internally I agree that BGD should not be in a position of diplomatic authority. War monger is a good spot for him. In many ways he reminds me of ol' creamy except with a lot more tact.

The one thing I would like to include in the NAP is that any players that were RumR at the time of the war and drop tag to continue the fight as MLP be excluded, by the leadership of RumR, from rejoining RumR for the duration of the NAP. Otherwise I see it as just a sanctioned way of getting their fighters around the NAP while their suppliers continue to supply in safety.

So, the final list of things we agreed upon were reasonable:

-Scrapping the 3rd original term
-30 day nap between HaHa and RumR, as well as with HaHa Jr
-credit the combat damages against the 100k
Cream pays to vella 100 - 44,575
-BGD is removed from general, and that is stated publicly.
-RumR players are allowed to go to MLP, and retire from fighting. Once they go back to RumR, they cannot return to MLP

An explanation:
I tried to get more time for HaHa, but apparently they don't sign more PT's than a certain amount. Which we understand. Ours PT limit is 0 after all.

The combat damages are a fair deduction to the 100k we asked from Creamaid. This public nod towards him also accounts for the public nod towards BGD that they are asking for.

The original 3rd term, where they're not allowed to hit BGD, was a good one to sacrifice. The reasoning for it is similar to the NAP not being in place, it's like a permanent NAP with BGD for them. Plus, us dictating to them how to play (not attacking pillagers), would be an internal change to them similar to how they asked us to take general from BGD.

The one-hop thing is to allow them freedom to vent whatever pent-up anger they still have. I was assured the numbers of people moving would be very low, after they see that we take the general spot from BGD. They only get one chance though, and are done. This is an internal change, same as taking general from BGD. It was either this, or the 3rd original term. I figured this one was better.

So what do y'all think?

I think the terms are fair. They are matching the limits we set

Well, I honestly believe RumR just wanted to find a way to milk the situation so they went on about the "broken NAP"

Also, are you saying RUmR members can go fight for MLP? Or am I misunderstanding it?

As for general, ya, BGD might be good with this warmonger position. I can be a good general for a couple more weeks, but when classes start and i get a job, I can't say for sure, although i know we have a couple other players. So I'm not worried about that.

the only question I have is about the ones that leave RumR and go to MLP. Once they come back to RumR are they then back under the NAP or not?

Those terms are acceptable to me.

As I side note. It doesn't look like we'll have to do much with MLP. Vella and Midnight reaper seem to be handling all of MLP on their very own.
