MLP negotiations

I formally started negotiation NAP with MLP on 8/10

This is just round 1. final terms won't look like this but here is what I send Mobros. Please do not interfere with negotiations. You should be posting as many CRs as possible.

Greetings Mobros,

I would like to start the painfully slow process of negotiating a NAP.

We propose these terms.
1. MLP apologizes for multi-attacks on Ha Ha even after warned not to.
2. MLP apologizes for threats of total war against Ha Ha.
3. MLP must send ONLY 3700 archers and 300 cooks up against a city wall of our choosing.
4. Scottw must donate 50k wood to True Illusion and only post winning CRs of substantial loot or out damaging opponent.
5. NAP of 15 days.

I can negotiate some of these and we can talk more about the NAP date when your ready.

Good start, I particularly like the archers part.. :-)

They'll need at least one ram or they'll scatter after a few rounds when they "realize they can't break the wall"

pick someone else for him to send the wood too, or get a GO to approve it otherwise i will get banned for pushing.

Have them send the wood to Vella or Kylenatory..

They have only commented negatively on each term. They did not propose new or amended terms. I responded with my own comments and amended terms (more in their favor).

I think we could also just post that we have ended the war. MLP has been reduced to nothing. They don't fight back or respond to PMs. Quite frankly, they are asleep. What do you think. Could we end the war because we are bored?

I did counter in my previous message - with the original terms we agreed upon. My current response to your latest terms follows:

We will not apologize. Non-negotiable. We're neither wrong nor embarrassed.

You didn't say anything about 1v1 until after we retaliated against Dave, and then it was as your excuse as to why more HaHa jumped in.

If you are referring to MCB's message - he was warning that continued actions could result in war. I've seen the message and it was clearly not threatening.

You already gave up Dave's position as general in your agreement with RumR, so I don't know why you're trying to offer it to me now.

So basically, that leaves us agreeing only on the NAP. We still want protection for our smaller members (35K & under) from Dave, seeing as how that's what started everything.

what were these orginal terms supposedly agreed upon by our council and them?

na fuck em.... 30 day NAP only, They remove all proxys 24hrs before it goes into effect no exceptions, they apologize for being a bunch duesch bags for not being able to fight there own battles. I do agree that we need to set some limits as to what we call a farm. Basically no one under 35k may be farmed thats fair to me

i say we just leave them.... let them declare the war 365 days if they want to. Let them whine on the boards. But before we leave them alonecoz of their incapacity to wage a war, lets leave the Theta boards the FACTS: we should post screenshots of their islands being occupied. All large battles with MLP should be posted in the Hall of Fame....for everyone to see. they may twist the war but they cannot cover the facts.

*The CR's speak for themselves. We owned their islands....
*(They did not win any of the large battles we had.
*Their island cores were all occupied by us.
*They declared war to us but we took the war to them, which should be the other way around.
*They just run around their towns hiding when they see us on the attack. *Rumr is a better opponent than them.


but i do agree that farming 35k players has to stop. even if they want to build hideouts and large armies.... these small players just cannot.

i can post the HOF battles and screenshots of MLP islands getting owned. just send me the CR.

I have agreement on these terms.

30 day NAP
Ban on attacking players below 25k. Applies to active, tagged players only. (both alliances)
Peace Treaty with Ha Ha, Jr (training alliance).
Ha Ha pledge of non-interference in other MLP wars. This applies to MLP and other alliances.
MLP apologizes for threat of total war.
Ha Ha apologizes for bullying of small MLP players.

I need you guys to decide in the next few hours, otherwise, I will put it in effect.

War ends Noon on Friday. (Game Time)
MWC and floaters must be pulled by Thurs Noon. (Game Time)

Apology for bullying is a compromise. We get apologies from them. They get apologies. It allows us to build up for next war and keep flaming on threads down. Its all just for compromise. Next time there is DoW, it wont be for bullying. It will be for something else and then no one will care about bullying statement. It will be archived and forgotten.

I'm fine with it just don't really like the apologizing for bullying though but I'll deal with it lol

well, i'm not super objecting or anything, but just to go by it - they apologize for threats of war, which they started anyhow..
i don't mind apologizing that the cases of bullying did take place, when perhaps they should not, but to put that whole haha is supposed to admit we were bullying their small players, and on top of that be sorry for it ... well, it kinda sounds they were right in the first place to go with those threats and war, doesn't it?

Would you rather no one apologizes for anything. We dont apologize for bullying and they dont apologize for acts of war.

what if we said we as an alliance apologize for the players that attacked the smaller players? just an idea

Cut the nap to 14 days, just my opinion but everyone in the alliance knows i am notoriously famous for not wanting any peace treaties or NAP's

And my apology would be worded "I am sorry MLP thinks that HaHa are bullies"

i would rather have no apologies from either side....though i am fine with the rest of the terms.
