I received a message from guidance over the weekend which I did not understand until reading vellas post in the war room..here is my response and guidances message....(read from the bottom up)

Thank you for contacting us. It really would not have been an issue if it was limited to your member acting a member of KINGS who joined us to fight against RumR, if fact your player has been giving RumR garrison rights to the islands in that region which says you are supporting RumR. If I am wrong please let me know..

I hope you know that I am not trying to deceive you in any way here. I have no knowledge of (I assume we are talking about Manzillo here) giving garrison rights to RumR. This is actually the first I have heard of it. Someone told me he was allowing someone to use his town, but I was under the impression that they were not RumR and not going after HA HA.

I have nothing but respect for you and your alliance. In fact, I have considered joining your alliance recently. I dont want to (and nor does HARD) interfere with your war and hope that you do believe that there is no alliance wide decision to get involved in this war. In fact I have aided one of your members with resources when needed.

I will look into this and see if I can find anything out.
