Mikko is being occupied by a PL member with 628 troops.

I would love to kill that PL that's occupying Mikko. KORSARZ, but it's all funny characters. He doesn't respond to PMs (doubtful if he speaks English) and he tried occupying a city on an island with 4 Hetres and 2 HELLs, so the 6 of us beat him off. I even sent PL dip a message that never got a reply. That alliance sucks balls.

if someone near or online can free the town, the troops have left but the occupation is still costing mikko double.

troops cost double resources to produce when occupied.
